Façade Frameless Compact Toilet and Shower Cubicles and Urinal Screens are available in 12mm Compact High-Pressure Laminate or the more affordable 12mm Compact Density Laminate. They have a frameless construction, which simply means that the components are not edged with aluminium channels.
What is Compact Laminate?
12mm Compact Laminate panels are made with layers of kraft paper that are fused together at high-pressure in a resin bath. The amount of pressure applied determines the density of the board, which in turn determines the properties the board has.
Compact High-pressure Laminate panels are pressurized at 1320 PSI, making it waterproof and extremely compact-resistant.
Compact Density laminate is pressurized at 3 different PSI for different applications, 800 PSI, 1000 PSI, and 1200 PSI. We import the 1200PSI panel to ensure that the panels are completely water-resistant and impact-resistant so that they withstand the daily use of a toilet cubicle system.
Facade Cubicle Design
Facade cubicles are fitted with the least possible "through-fixings". These appear only at the hinge fixings and at the ends of the last partition in a row, giving the cubicles a sophisticated uncluttered look. The partitions, stiles and doors, comprise 12 mm thick superior quality Compact Laminates, which are fixed to walls with purpose designed, stainless steel brackets. The system is raised up from finished floor level with purpose made, conceal-fixed stainless steel stile anchors. Doors are hung with either rising hinges (to hang in the closed position when not in use) or falling hinges (to hang in the open position when not in use). A top rail (either stainless-steel rail with stainless-steel hanging clamps, or an oval aluminium rail fitted flush with the top of the system) stabilizes the cubicles laterally, and the cubicles are finished off with high-grade stainless steel ironmongery. There are various ironmongery options available, including black components. Compact High-Pressure Laminate is available in a wide colour range which includes wood-grains and textured finishes. Compact Density Laminate has a more limited colour range which includes some wood-grains. Colour combinations are possible.
Both options (Compact High Pressure Laminate and Compact Density Laminate are suitable for public bathrooms and school or kiddies toilets.
This system is infinitely flexible and can be modified to suit our clients' designs.
